Three of the UK's leading charities have teamed up to create Digital Outreach, a not-for-profit company designed to support older and potentially vulnerable viewers through the switch to digital TV. Initially operating in the Border, West Country, Wales and Granada TV regions, it will work with local voluntary sector organisations and charities to provide advice and help centres during switchover.
